Bowel cancer · lungs, chest nodes, liver
ON TREATMENT NOW
5-FU/folinic acid + cetuximab
Maintenance from Cycle 7, about 12 Nov 2026. Irinotecan dropped after a partial response.
Before that: FOLFIRI + cetuximab, C1 19 Aug – C6 29 Oct 2026.
BEFORE YOU GIVE ME ANYTHING
UGT1A1 *28/*28 — poor metaboliser
Slower irinotecan clearance: higher risk of neutropenia and diarrhoea, and a reduced dose should be considered. Also the cause of my Gilbert's syndrome, which raises bilirubin on its own.
DPYD *1/*1 normal — standard 5-FU and capecitabine dosing is fine.
ERCC1 / XPC variants — higher platinum toxicity risk. Oxaliplatin is excluded anyway.
DRUG ALLERGIES
None known
ALSO
Smouldering myeloma
On haematology surveillance. Plus Gilbert's syndrome.
WHAT I TAKE

IF I AM UNWELL
I am on chemotherapy. If I have a fever or feel unwell, please treat it as possible neutropenic sepsis until proven otherwise: urgent bloods and antibiotics without waiting for results.
My 24-hour chemotherapy helpline number is on the alert card in my wallet.
